Are you someone who enjoys being hands-on, working as part of a team, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our friendly team at Polden, supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse and helping ensure products are accurately stored, picked and distributed.
This role is more than just moving stock. You'll play an important part in keeping our operation running efficiently while working in a supportive environment where teamwork, authenticity and doing things the right way matter.
What You'll Do:
- Pick products accurately onto pallets ready for distribution.
- Carry out stock putaway and replenishment activities to maintain warehouse efficiency.
- Safely operate pedestrianised PPT equipment.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse, including the use of warehouse cleaning equipment.
- Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
