Hours: Full-time working 38 hours a week, including weekends.
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring the store meets its sales targets, and maintaining a positive shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve store objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales reporting.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue to your store.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations to foster professional development.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain an organised store environment that reflects the brand's image and values.
About You:
- Proven experience managing a team in a retail environment.
- Commercially driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and growing profit.
- A track record of recruiting, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
- Sales-focused with a keen understanding of excellent customer service and retail standards.
- Strong communication, time management, planning, and organisational skills.
