Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent guest services throughout their visit
- Assist with lane management, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and lanes are ready for play
- Support the management team in coordinating bookings, league events, and special promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bowling area, including equipment rentals
- Enforce safety protocols and rules to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff
- Address guest inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently to enhance overall satisfaction
- Support team members in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred but not required
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
