Production Operator – Reussite Ltd (Coleraine)
Cabinet Door Manufacture. We are expanding production and have two operator positions available working with woodworking and packing machinery, Full training provided.
Role Overview
- Operating production machinery
- Material handling and quality checks
- Following job sheets and working to targets
- General factory duties as required
Available Shift Patterns (same nett wage for both)
Option 1 – 12-hour shift pattern
- Week 1: Mon to Wed
- Week 2: Thurs to Sat
- 3 days on / 4 days off rotation
Option 2 – Day shift
- Mon to Fri
- 7.30am to 4.00pm
Pay & Overtime
- Both roles end up with the same nett weekly wage
- Overtime available and paid at x1.5 per hour
What we’re looking for
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to follow instructions and work safely around machinery
- Good attention to detail
- Previous factory or machine experience is an advantage but not essential
