The role combines technical legal work, strategic case management and direct client interaction, offering genuine responsibility and excellent development opportunities.

- Reviewing medical records and identifying key issues for expert instruction.
- Drafting witness statements, pleadings, applications and technical advice.
- Liaising with insurer clients, insured parties, witnesses, experts and counsel.
- Attending conferences, mediations, joint settlement meetings and court hearings.

- Candidates who enjoy analysing evidence and tackling complex legal and medical issues.
- Lawyers with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients.
