Experienced Window & Door Fabricator
Are you a skilled fabricator with manufacturing experience in the fenestration industry?

Our production team works across a diverse product range, including PVCu casement windows, doors, aluminium systems, and specialist PVCu vertical sliding sash windows. We also utilise advanced Timberweld® technology, requiring adaptable and detail-focused operatives who can work confidently across evolving manufacturing processes and machinery.
We're looking for experienced individuals who can support production across multiple fabrication and assembly departments while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Previous fenestration fabrication experience (PVCu and/or aluminium)
- Experience manufacturing PVCu windows and doors, including vertical sliding sash windows (preferred)
- Experience using compressed air tools and CNC machinery
- Inline welding experience (flush casement preferred)
- Familiarity with Timberweld® or willingness to learn modern fabrication techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with digital production systems and manual fabrication processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Assembly experience across PVCu and aluminium products
- Familiarity with gearing systems and barcode progression systems
- Minimum 2 years' relevant manufacturing experience
