The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Production Project Manager to oversee projects from design and procurement through to manufacture and installation. This is a key coordination role, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects through the full production lifecycle
- Develop and maintain production schedules in line with project deadlines
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Manufacturing and Installation teams
- Monitor project progress, costs, labour hours and resource requirements
- Identify and resolve programme delays, material shortages and cost overruns
- Maintain accurate project and scheduling information
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management
- Promote health & safety and drive continuous operational improvement
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a Production Manager, Project Manager, Manufacturing Manager or similar role
- Background in manufacturing, joinery, fit-out, furniture or a similar environment
- Strong project planning and production scheduling skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read technical drawings
- ERP/MRP systems experience
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
