Dental Receptionist
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:15am–5:30pm | Occasional Saturdays
We are looking for an organised, professional and personable Dental Receptionist to join our busy dental practice.
As the first point of contact for many of our patients, you will play an important part in creating a welcoming, efficient and professional experience, while supporting the clinical team and the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

The role
Responsibilities will include managing the appointment diary, answering telephone and patient enquiries, booking and amending appointments, taking payments, maintaining accurate patient records, communicating with clinicians and supporting the smooth running of reception.
This is a busy role, so we need someone who can work at pace without sacrificing accuracy, manage competing priorities and remain calm and professional throughout the day.
Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:15am–5:30pmOccasional Saturdays
Previous dental reception experience would be advantageous, although we would also consider candidates with strong reception, healthcare, administrative or customer-service experience.
Above all, we are looking for someone who is organised, conscientious and professional, with the confidence to take responsibility for their role, the reliability to follow things through and the awareness to seek support when required.
Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
