Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm
Salary: £18,000–£28,000 per year, depending on experience and progression, plus overtime and an annual bonus

About the role
Geezers Boxing is a leading supplier of boxing equipment across the UK and Europe, dispatching products to customers around the world.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Warehouse Operative & Social Media Assistant to join our friendly, close-knit team.
This is a varied role combining warehouse responsibilities with the day-to-day management of our social media channels. You will help prepare and dispatch customer orders while also creating engaging content that promotes our products, brand and business.
The ideal candidate will be organised, creative and comfortable switching between practical warehouse duties and digital marketing tasks.
Warehouse responsibilities
- Receive, count and organise incoming stock.
- Pick and prepare customer orders.
- Pack products securely and accurately.
- Label and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Help maintain accurate and organised stock areas.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safe.
- Carry out light cleaning and general warehouse duties.
- Work independently while supporting the wider team.
Social media and marketing responsibilities
- Manage and create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Plan, film and edit short-form videos and social media Reels.
- Photograph products, staff and behind-the-scenes activity.
- Create branded graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop.
- Write captions and publish regular social media posts.
- Help develop content ideas that increase engagement, reach and brand awareness.
- Respond appropriately to comments and messages across social platforms.
- Support paid advertising campaigns across relevant social media channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reports on results.
- Help maintain a consistent brand style and tone of voice.
- Keep up to date with social media trends and identify suitable opportunities for the brand.
- Work with the wider team to promote products, launches, offers and company news.
About you
The ideal candidate will:
- Be comfortable using Adobe Photoshop.
- Have experience creating and editing social media Reels or short-form videos.
- Be confident using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Have an understanding of paid social media advertising.
- Be creative and able to generate engaging content ideas.
- Have strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Be reliable, punctual and hard-working.
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Be physically fit and comfortable standing, walking and moving stock for extended periods.
- Have an enthusiastic approach and a willingness to learn.
- Bring a positive attitude and a good sense of humour.
- Have an interest in boxing, combat sports or fitness, although this is not essential.
Previous warehouse experience is not essential, but candidates must have practical experience creating social media content and using Adobe Photoshop. Examples of previous social media work or a portfolio may be requested.
