Production Operative
SpanSet UK is looking to recruit motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team.
SpanSet designs and manufactures industry-leading height safety, lifting, and load control equipment, supplying customers across a wide range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Duties may include:
- Product assembly
- Basic machining operations
- Inspection and quality control
- Warehouse duties
- Packing and dispatch
Experience in sewing, trimming, or upholstery would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.

About You
The successful applicant will:
- Have good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Be reliable, hardworking, and keen to learn
- Be able to work accurately and safely
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred, but not essential
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Working hours Monday - Thursday 8am-4.45pm, Friday 8am-9pm.
