Responsibilities:
· All Control Room and CCTV Monitoring duties
· Provide a professional security service for prestigious and blue chip companies
· Work various shifts mostly night
· Diffuse challenging situations
· Record and report incidents
· Maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
Experience & Qualifications:
· Control Room experience is preferred
· You must hold a valid SIA Licence
· You must hold a valid CCTV licence
· Be courteous and professional at all times
· Excellent communication skills and initiative essential
