The Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, support pupil learning and maintain a positive classroom environment.
You may work across different year groups and settings, including day-to-day supply, short-term placements and long-term opportunities.
Your responsibilities may include:

Delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Following lesson plans and adapting learning where needed.
- Managing classroom behaviour positively.
- Supporting pupils’ learning, progress and development.
- Creating a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
- Working collaboratively with school staff.
- Providing continuity of learning during teacher absence.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for teachers who are:

Qualified to teach in the UK with QTS.
- Passionate about primary education.
- Reliable, adaptable and confident.
- Able to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Confident with classroom management.
- Committed to supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
