Commercial Support Administrator

We are seeking a motivated, organised and commercially minded individual to join our team as a Commercial Support Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, taking ownership, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy business within the oil industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer quotations and provide accurate pricing information.
- Monitor market trends to support pricing decisions.
- Meet and communicate with customers both in person and over the phone.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records.
- Support day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Assist colleagues and management during busy periods.
- Take ownership of customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good numeracy skills and commercial awareness.
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade C or above).
