As our Duty House Manager you’ll be
- A welcoming presence at the heart of SeaSpace, supporting guests from arrival to departure
- Helping with front desk operations, including check-in and check-out support for all guests
- Handling guest feedback and complaints calmly, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and appropriately
- Sharing local knowledge and recommendations to help guests make the most of their stay
- Supporting the smooth running of daily guest operations and handovers between House Managers
- Helping the smooth running of guest-related tasks.
- Keeping our other House Managers in the loop at the time of handover.
- Working closely with the management team on admin tasks and wider operational needs
- Stepping in wherever needed to ensure an excellent guest experience
The skills you’ll be sharing with us
- Experience in a supervisory or management role within a customer-focused environment
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent guest or customer service
- Confident prioritisation, organisation and ability to keep things running smoothly under pressure
- A friendly, approachable manner and strong people skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine team spirit
