We're currently looking for experienced Gaming Staff to join our Gaming Team. Whether you're an accomplished Dealer ready for your next challenge or an experienced Dealer-Inspector, we'd love to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
Dealer Applicants
- Minimum 5 years' casino dealing experience
- Highly competent in:
- Roulette
- Blackjack
- Baccarat
- Excellent technical dealing standards
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Positive, reliable and team-focused approach
Dealer-Inspector Applicants
- Minimum 5 years' casino experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an Inspector or Supervisor role
- Expert knowledge of:
- Roulette
- Blackjack
- Baccarat
- Strong leadership and game management skills
- Ability to coach, support and motivate colleagues
- Exceptional customer service and decision-making ability
Essential Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Valid Personal Functional Licence (PFL)
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends and bank holidays
- Passion for delivering first-class guest experiences
- A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards
