Inverdell Ltd are looking for an HGV Class One Driver for Tramping work.
Inverdell Ltd has its Head Office based in Kilmarnock, and our vehicles are currently based at our customer’s site at Larkhall.
Driver’s need to visit the Head Office for the following;
- Interview.
- Induction Day.
- Once a month if there are any Driver Infringements that need addressed and signed.
- At any other time if there is an issue.
All work is liaised by our customer.
Driver needs to be fluent in English and can operate Apps on their own phone i.e. WhatsApp.
Shifts are based on a four on and four off rota system.
Basic Terms of Employment would be:
- £175.00 per shift (Dayshift).
- £190.00 per shift (Nightshift).
- Day or Night shifts are dependent on our customer’s requirements.
- £26.50 per Night Out (Paid monthly along with your Wage).
- Monies owed are paid to employees on the 28th of every month.
- 28 Days annual leave.
- Employment commencement would be 26th August 2026.
- We can offer a ‘Self-Employed’ option.
- At least five years commercial HGV driving required.
- A maximum of six penalty points allowed on your Driving Licence.
- No Dangerous Driving convictions and/or points.
- No Drink Driving convictions and/or points.
- No Driving under the Influence of Drugs convictions and/or points.
- Must have a current Digital Tachograph Card.
- Must have a current CPC Driver’s Card.
- Must be up to date with the CPC hours logged.
- Must provide at least two references at the interview which we can contact, one of which must be your previous employer).
