Duties

- Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring attractive presentation of products
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette, providing clear information and resolving issues efficiently
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks, ensure smooth store operations, and maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organizational skills by keeping the sales floor tidy, updating signage, and managing inventory levels accurately
Requirements
- Fluency in English; additional languages is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, pricing, and stock management
