Our expertise includes advanced machining processes such as 3, 4, and 5 axis milling, multi-axis turning, grinding, thread rolling, and assembly using aluminium, steel, titanium, inconel and more.
Job Summary
- Learning to safely operate CNC machinery
- Assisting in the manufacture of precision engineered components
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings
- Using precision measuring and inspection equipment
- Learning modern manufacturing techniques and engineering processes
- Supporting engineers with day-to-day workshop activities
- Maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment
Criteria
You don't need previous experience – full training will be provided.
We're looking for people who:
- Have Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above
- Have an interest in engineering, manufacturing or technology
- Enjoy practical, hands-on work
- Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Are reliable, punctual and motivated
- Work well as part of a team
- Want to build a long-term career in engineering
School leavers, college students and anyone looking to begin a career in engineering are encouraged to apply.
