We are looking for a motivated and capable operational leader to join our Integrated Health Community (Conwy & Denbighshire) as a Band 7 Site Speciality Manager.
This is a key role supporting a diverse and high-profile portfolio. Areas of focus will include Sexual Health, the Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC), Termination of Pregnancy services and the metabolic bone service, alongside wider responsibilities across the service. You will also play an important role in supporting the Royal Alexandra Hospital Management Team, including work linked to the ongoing capital development.

Working closely with clinical and operational colleagues, you will help shape how services are delivered now and in the future. This role would suit someone who enjoys problem solving, leading change and working collaboratively to improve outcomes for patients.
You will take a lead role in the day to day operational management of services, ensuring they run effectively while driving forward continuous improvement.
A key part of the role will be strengthening performance management. You will monitor delivery against targets, identify areas for improvement and lead actions to improve access, flow and performance. You will ensure that services can demonstrate their activity, outcomes and impact.
You will work with clinical teams and partners to review and improve patient pathways, reducing delays and supporting more efficient and patient-focused ways of working. This will include identifying opportunities for innovation and helping to turn ideas into practical improvements.
The role also includes a strong focus on governance and risk. You will identify risks, ensure they are assessed and managed appropriately, and support culture of safety, learning and continuous improvement.
Alongside this, you will support effective use of resources, contribute to financial management and ensure that staffing and capacity are aligned to demand. You will also provide clear and reliable information to support decision making at service and organisational level.
This role requires someone who can combine strong operational grip with a focus on improvement, working collaboratively with teams to deliver high quality, sustainable services.
