The Little Gym, the world’s leading motor skills development programme for children aged 4 months to 12 years, has successfully been operating in Hampstead since 2019. The programme uses gymnastics as a vehicle for teaching and developing motor skills together with music and activities including balls and games to help enhance physical, emotional, perceptual, social and cognitive development. Classes are taught by highly qualified and rigorously trained staff, in a safe but challenging and fun environment. Children at The Little Gym are encouraged to develop in a non-competitive environment thus building their self-confidence and laying the foundations for success in all aspects of their future lives.
The Little Gym Hampstead has experienced steady growth with over 700 children attending every week and we look to build on this in the future as demand for classes is high. The successful applicant will join our dynamic and committed team of instructors at an exciting time of continued growth.
We are looking for a full-time instructor with excellent communication skills who will initially spend the majority of the time teaching curriculum-based classes to children. With the rest of the time dedicated to growing our membership numbers through excellent customer service, marketing to potential members and assisting with the day-to-day routine of the gym. We are looking for individuals who ideally have previous gymnastics experience but this is not essential, a HUGE love for working with children of differing ages is however essential.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
