Job Summary
PAM Wellness is a division of PAM Group – an occupational health and wellbeing provider which provides neurodiversity solutions and services to a range of multi-national clients in the private sector and public sector organisations.
We are looking for independent practitioners who are interested in registering with PAM Wellness Associate network to support our service.
Rates: - £50.00 - £400.00 depending on service provided
We are looking for:
Diagnostic assessors for Dyslexia, DCD and Dyscalculia.
Workplace Needs Assessors for Neurodiversity, Hearing Impairment and Visual Impairments.
Neurodiversity Strategy coaches
These services are delivered to a range of public and private sector PAM Wellness client employees as part of a wide range of services in relation to Neurodiversity. Our service offers diagnostics that conform to SASC guidelines, with use of appropriate adult tests, workplace needs assessments and coaching.
About You
BPS/HCPC registered Psychologist or Specialist Assessor with a current Assessment Practicing Certificate (APC) awarded by a SASC approved body. (Diagnosticians)
Demonstrable experience of conducting diagnostic assessments for Dyslexia, DCD and Dyscalculia.
Experience of report writing to SASC guidelines (Diagnosticians)
Evidence of undertaking workplace needs assessments.
Evidence of CPD and relevant qualifications for workplace needs assessments.
Evidence of undertaking strategy coaching for neurodivergent individuals.
Evidence of relevant coaching qualifications.
Significant experience working within the area of neurodivergence
Strong report writing skills.
Strong organisational skills.
A clear and concise verbal and written communicator.
IT literate with MS Windows, ability to quickly learn inhouse systems and a competent typist.
License/Certification:
Current DBS
Professional indemnity insurance with a minimum of £1,000,000 in any year
Proof of current APC certificate and/or BPS and HCPC registration.
