Senior Care Assistant - Days
Salary: £14.50 per hour
Shift pattern: 6:45am – 7:00pm
We have an exciting opportunity for dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistants to join The Mayfields Care Home in Long Stratton. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care to our residents, supporting their wellbeing and quality of life every day.
What you'll need:
- If you don’t already hold an NVQ, we offer the chance to gain a Diploma Level 3 qualification, supporting your long-term career development.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
