Duties
- Host live sales sessions across various digital platforms, engaging viewers with lively presentations and product highlights
- Demonstrate products clearly and enthusiastically, highlighting features and benefits to encourage immediate purchases
- Interact actively with viewers through chat, answering questions, addressing concerns, and building rapport to foster trust and excitement
- Negotiate deals and special offers in real-time to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the team to prepare content, schedule sessions, and ensure smooth technical operations during live broadcasts
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, viewer feedback, and promotional activities for continuous improvement
- Drive traffic by promoting upcoming live events through social media channels and other marketing tools
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills in English with the ability to present confidently and persuasively in front of a camera potentially no face showing if agreed upon.
- Strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to plan sessions efficiently and meet sales targets
- Valid driving license preferred for traveling between event locations or setting up mobile demonstrations
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, platforms, and product lines with a proactive attitude
