Trainee Sales Negotiator
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the property industry. No previous estate agency experience is required as full training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will be:
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Friendly and approachable
- Professional in both appearance and communication
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to use common sense and work on their own initiative
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Confident speaking to customers both in person and over the phone
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have access to their own vehicle
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Responding to emails professionally and promptly
- Greeting and assisting customers visiting the office
- Sales chasing and following up with buyers, sellers and other parties involved in property transactions
- Learning all aspects of the Sales Negotiator role through on-the-job training
- Carrying out property viewings following training
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
