Part-Time Football Development Coach (Evenings)
Location: Leicestershire & Northamptonshire
Pay: £15.00–£30.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
Football Development Schools (FDS) is one of the UK's leading football coaching organisations, delivering high-quality player development programmes across Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. We are committed to developing technically excellent players and providing genuine opportunities for talented footballers to progress into professional academy environments.
We are currently expanding our coaching team and are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and committed UEFA C Licence (minimum) coaches to deliver our evening Development Centre sessions.

About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering structured, engaging football coaching sessions to players of varying ages and abilities within our Development Centre programme.
Sessions take place on weekday evenings and vary in length:
- 1-hour sessions
- 1.5-hour sessions
- 2-hour sessions
There are opportunities to coach at multiple venues throughout the week for the right candidates.
We're Looking For Coaches Who Have
- A minimum UEFA C Licence (essential).
- A genuine passion for coaching and developing young footballers.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- A desire to help players progress towards professional academy football.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to deliver fun, engaging and technically excellent coaching sessions.
- Reliability, punctuality and professionalism.
- A full UK driving licence and access to their own transport.
Desirable
- FA Emergency First Aid qualification.
- FA Safeguarding Children qualification.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience coaching within academy, development centre or advanced grassroots football.
