Technician Vacancy – Newbury | £48k+ Incentives
Our client is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their dealership, working with a highly desirable, market-leading brands
Applicants from both Main Dealer and Independent Workshop backgrounds are welcome.
Salary is negotiable based on experience, with a guide of circa £48k plus a host of additional incentives.
This role offers manufacturer-backed ongoing training through to Master Technician level, including development in hybrid technology. There are also excellent opportunities for career progression within the business.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles using hand and power tools.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex problems effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.
- Document all repairs and maintenance performed on each vehicle for accurate record-keeping.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues
- Previous experience as a vehicle technician or in a similar role
- Relevant certifications in automotive technology or mechanics preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
