We're looking for a highly organised, customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our friendly and supportive commercial team.

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, enquiries are handled professionally, and every customer receives an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
- Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email.
- Handle customer enquiries, order amendments, and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services where appropriate.
- Liaise with Sales, Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Support general office administration, including filing, scanning, and document management.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, MHRA guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Help maintain a professional, organised, and positive working environment.
Skills
- Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Customer Service, or Administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude, positive outlook, and strong work ethic.
Experience within a manufacturing or regulated environment would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will demonstrate organisational excellence, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Pay: £26,195.00 per year
