Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join our team. This role sits at the heart of the business and works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, as well as supporting wider operational functions.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office coordination, administration, or similar operational support role, and will be confident managing a wide range of responsibilities across different areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administration
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office to ensure it remains tidy, organised, and fully operational
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and supplier relationships
- Support internal communication and overall office coordination
- Maintain and organise the shared document drive to ensure structure and accessibility
- Take ownership of ISO documentation management and compliance records
- Answer and manage incoming calls to the office
Finance & Suppliers
- Process all supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Support with reconciling credit card statements where necessary
Fleet, Uniform & Stock
- Manage company fleet administration, including scheduling, maintenance coordination, and documentation
- Oversee uniform ordering, distribution, and stock control
- Monitor and maintain general office and operational stock levels
Operations Support
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to support day-to-day operational requirements
- Be involved in new business enquiries
- Assist with planning and coordination of company events
- Attend events alongside the Operations Manager when required
- Provide cross-department support/cover during busy periods and staff holidays
Client & Communications Support
- Assist with communications to new and existing clients where required
- Assist with outreach communications, including letters and correspondence to potential clients
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office coordinator, office administrator, or similar role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident working independently and taking ownership of tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a varied, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (or similar tools)

We are looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on, varied role and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will be a key support and an integral part of ensuring the business operates efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
