We are seeking a talented and dedicated IT Training Team Leader to join Learning and Development and take our training programs to the next level.
In this role, you will have the chance to shape the future of our IT training initiatives, mentor and guide a team of eager trainers, and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.
You will manage the allocation of recourses to deliver training including classroom, and technology enabled learning. You will engage, motivate and provide direction to staff, facilitating personal and team development to enable the best possible performance and maintain the training calendar ensuring the provision of training courses meets demand across the force.
You will have attained a recognised teaching qualification e.g. Certificate to Teach in Lifelong Learning Sector (CTLLS), and have experience in delivering training. You have proven ability to plan, and implement projects using recognised project planning methodology.
A flexible approach to working hours and the ability to travel to different locations within the force is required to enable effective contact with staff and clients who may work at different locations within the force.
