fit20 Coach – Part-Time
£15–£24 per hour | 10–15+ hours per week | Twyford | Monday–Friday
Looking for a rewarding part-time career where you can genuinely make a difference?
At fit20 Twyford, we help people become stronger, healthier and more confident in just 20 minutes per week.
This isn't a noisy gym, a bootcamp or a traditional Personal Trainer role.
We work in a calm, private studio, providing personal coaching either one-to-one or one-to-two. Many of our members are aged 40+ and come to us because they want to stay strong, healthy and independent — not because they want to spend hours in a gym.
They value personal attention, expert guidance and, importantly, the relationship they build with their coach.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, takes pride in delivering outstanding service and wants to become an important part of a growing local business.
You don't need previous fitness experience. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
About the Role
As a fit20 Coach, you'll have regular weekly sessions where you'll coach members through their individual strength-training programmes.
But this is more than a coaching role.
You'll become part of the team responsible for looking after our members, speaking to prospective members and helping the studio grow.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, notices what needs doing and is happy to get involved.

We'll provide training, scripts and support.
Support the Team
You'll have regular fixed weekly working sessions, giving both you and our members consistency.
However, we're a small team, so we also need someone who is prepared to help cover additional sessions when required.
This could include:
- Holiday cover
- Sickness cover
- Additional busy periods
- Helping colleagues when their usual sessions need covering
We don't expect you to be permanently available, but a willingness and reasonable ability to provide additional cover is an important part of this role.
You'll also help keep the studio clean, organised, professional and welcoming.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need to be a Personal Trainer.
We're looking for someone who is:
