We are seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our team as Bar Crawl Staff. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively social event, ensuring guests have a memorable experience while maintaining high standards of service and safety.
The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in events, bar crawls, bar staff, hospitality or food service is advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided.
Please note this role is paid but you are responsible for your own deductions.
Duties
- Welcome guests and ensure they feel comfortable throughout the event
- Assist with organising and managing bar crawl activities at various venues
- Serve beverages responsibly, adhering to all food safety and licensing regulations
- Monitor guest behaviour to promote a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation at designated stations
- Enforce age restrictions and responsible drinking policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the event
- Manage time effectively to adhere to scheduled programme timings
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, serving, or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or special events as needed
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating an enjoyable guest experience
