The Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Trainee Butcher to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in butchery and learn a skilled trade from experienced professionals.
No prior butchery experience is required — full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation and cutting of meat
- Learning knife skills and butchery techniques
- Serving customers and handling basic enquiries
- Keeping work areas clean and following hygiene standards
- Helping with stock rotation and deliveries
- Supporting the team with day-to-day shop tasks
