This role will be predominately remote with occasional travel to the London or Leeds offices for client meetings and engagements.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Business Analyst Lead and working closely with Project Managers, technology teams and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for defining and delivering high-quality technology and business change projects across the firm. You will work with departments to understand business requirements, analyse existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure solutions align with both operational needs and wider business objectives.
This is a role requiring considerable stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, supporting project delivery, managing change impacts and ensuring successful implementation of technology and process improvements. Acting as the link between business and technical teams, you will help ensure projects are delivered effectively, with clear governance, communication and measurable outcomes.

Proven experience delivering complex end-to-end technology, business change and implementation projects.

Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis and business process improvement.

Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels to define business requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities within a fast-paced professional environment.

Understanding of software development lifecycles, systems implementations and technology-enabled change.

Excellent communication, facilitation, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable

Experience working within a legal, professional services or regulated environment.

Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall.

Experience supporting PMO governance, project reporting and portfolio management activities.

Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques, including document analysis, structured questioning, process modelling and mind mapping.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

Experience leading stakeholder engagement and supporting adoption of new systems and processes.
