We're looking for an experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join the opening team at Yarrow, our brand new restaurant in the heart of Tunbridge Wells.
Yarrow is a fresh dining destination, open to both the public and our retirement village residents, serving exceptional food and warm, professional hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the guest experience from day one, leading by example and supporting the team to deliver outstanding service every shift.

What you'll be doing

Leading shifts and supporting the day-to-day running of the restaurant.

Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome.

Coaching and motivating the front of house team to maintain consistently high standards.

Supporting with team training, development and performance.

Assisting with rotas, stock control and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Handling customer feedback professionally and resolving any issues with confidence.

Ensuring compliance with food safety, licensing and health & safety procedures.

Working closely with the management and kitchen teams to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or team leader role.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment.

Flexibility to work a rota that includes some evenings and weekends.
