Hours: Permanent, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (7.00am – 3.30pm)

What you’ll do:

Managing a large team to success to include all recruitment, onboarding, training, development plans, appraisals, performance management, offboarding etc

Oversee and manage hospitality operations across the sites to include selling and delivering to internal customers, and achieving agreed GP and budgets

Set and drive standards and implement new ideas putting your own stamp on things

Carry out accurate administrative duties associated with Conference, Hospitality and Events

Budget and stock management

Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships through providing a client facing service

Compliance with statutory legislation/company policy food safety and health and safety including HACCP and allergen awareness. Oversee staff training

Menu management and tasting sessions working alongside the Culinary team
What we’re looking for:

Must be able to pass full security vetting

Experience managing a team

Multi-site experience – a drivers licence is essential
