Reed Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading off-site manufacturing client based in Banbridge who is currently expanding their team. We are recruiting Fabricators / Welders to join a modern, well-equipped workshop delivering high-quality mechanical pipework for major commercial and industrial projects across Europe.

The Role
As a Fabricator / Welder, you will be responsible for producing accurate, right-first-time pipework assemblies from technical drawings within a workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Fabrication and welding of pipe assemblies (carbon and stainless steel)
· MIG and/or TIG welding across various pipe diameters
· Reading and interpreting fabrication and assembly drawings
· Measuring, cutting, grinding, and preparing materials
· Working closely with Quality Control to maintain high standards
· Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
What We’re Looking For
· Previous experience as a Fabricator and/or Welder (pipework experience desirable)
· MIG and/or TIG welding experience (stainless steel experience beneficial – training available)
· Ability to read and understand technical drawings
· Strong attention to detail with pride in high-quality workmanship
· Reliable, organised, and a strong team player
· Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and upskill
