The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Plumber on behalf of a well-established employer based in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plumber with strong multi-trade skills to join a busy maintenance team offering a competitive salary and stable employment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of plumbing and maintenance tasks, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Working Hours
- 4 weekdays per week: 11:30am - 8:00pm
- Saturdays: 8:30am - 4:00pm
- 1 weekday and Sunday off each week
- Shift pattern is fixed with no flexibility on start or finish times
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance works
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults efficiently
- Completing a range of associated multi-skilled maintenance tasks
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed
- Driving a transit van when required across Manchester City Centre locations
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Plumbing
- Previous experience within a maintenance or facilities environment
- Strong multi-trade skills and experience carrying out general repairs
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Own hand tools required for interview assessment
