Lead our brand-new BBQ smokehouse.
We're looking for an experienced Head Chef / Pitmaster to lead the kitchen at The Fox Courtyard, an exciting new outdoor dining concept from the team behind Coalhouse Brew & Que.
Built around authentic low & slow barbecue, live-fire cooking and the very best British produce, this is your chance to shape a brand-new kitchen from day one.
What you'll be doing
- Leading and developing the kitchen team
- Delivering exceptional food and service
- Cooking with smokers, charcoal and live fire
- Creating seasonal menus and BBQ specials
- Managing stock, rotas and food costs
- Maintaining the highest food safety standards
We're looking for someone who
- Has Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience
- Is passionate about barbecue and great food
- Leads by example and develops their team
- Stays calm under pressure
- Has strong organisational and commercial skills
