The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support to pupils, helping them engage with learning and build confidence. You'll work alongside teachers to deliver lessons, support behaviour, and create a positive learning environment where every student can succeed.
What You'll Need
- Experience working with children or young people in a school, care or youth setting
- A patient, positive and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to register
- Experience supporting Additional Learning Needs (ALN) is highly desirable
