Job Summary
Location: London and surrounding areas
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience) + van + overtime
Our client, an established building services provider working across domestic, commercial, and social housing projects, is looking to appoint a qualified Electrician on a permanent basis.
This is a varied role covering new installations, refurbishments, and reactive maintenance across a range of client sites — no two weeks look the same.
Responsibilities:
- New installations and alterations across domestic and commercial properties
- Testing and inspection (EICR)
- Fault finding, rectification, and reactive maintenance
- Planned preventative maintenance
- EV charging point installation
- Lighting installations and repairs
- Compliance with BS7671 wiring regulations
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or completed time-served apprenticeship)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualified
- ECS Card holder
- Full UK driving licence
- Test and inspection qualifications (2391 or equivalent) an advantage but not essential
- Good communication and time management skills
