Candidates must be warm and friendly with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing our residents with high quality care and support. You will have effective communication skills to work with both residents and colleagues.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, well organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proven experience in working with people, in either paid or voluntary capacity, is required for this role.

Our 4 Homes include caring for people with complex functional mental health needs, dementia, cognitive impairment and the elderly.
Duties include, but not exclusive to:
· Assisting residents with meeting their personal care needs in an individualised and person centred way, such as washing, dressing, mobility needs and toileting as well as supporting with dietary requirements
· Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming and changing bed linens.
· Assist in the safe moving, transferring, repositioning of residents
· Observe, monitor and record residents’ physical and emotional well-being and promptly report any changes to senior staff
· Enjoy activities with residents, such as walks, visits to the shop, games. As a company we place high value on the social interaction and occupational activity we provide for our residents.

Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour
