What makes this a great opportunity?
The Senior DRP planners will be based in one of our regional offices in International region reporting to the Senior Manager DRP within the Global SCP and Fulfilment team.
They will be accountable for DRP planning for DC’s in Germany & France managing 40 Brands, 200 BQ’s, ~500 SKUs with volume up to 400k 9L and a value $30M USD.
In the role they will be responsible to ensure planning parameters are aligned to COE guidelines and Inventory Planning policy, to drive deployment in the short-term (0-13 weeks).
They will be active in the weekly S&OE process working collabrotively with OU / DRP / BU / Market planners to optimise supply across the network by agreeing trade-offs or esclations to S&OP for resolution.
Responsiable for Inventory planning in Germany & France ensuring accurate stock reconciliation with 3PL and tracking performance to glidepath providing monthly LE and participating in annual budgeting process
Role Responsibilities
Develop through effective use of APO-SNP, the primary DRP within the network in weekly buckets, for review and discussion at the weekly deployment and S&OE with other markets, RCCPs & Co-Man’s.
Deployment of STR’s to STO’s using TLB to create replenishment plan respecting the planning zones.
Responsible for managing the daily exception alerts to identify and analyze changes then acting upon / escalating as appropriate through S&OE and Tier meetings.
Represent DRP at weekly S&OE, identifying supply gaps for review with supply and demand to identify mitigation actions and escalation as appropriate.
Accountable for ensuring the planning parameters in SAP-ECC / SAP-APO are in line with agreed master data standards and inventory policies.
Create and maintain an Inventory outlook working to ensure we deliver inventory glidepath to agreed working capital targets, identifying and explaining significant variances and provisions for potential write-off.
Ensure stock reconciliation between SAP & 3PL including batch management, this will include an annual stock take in line with auditory requirements.
As the SME in SAP-ECC / SAP-APO, look to mentor other SNP Planners in the network, helping to develop and optimize their use of the systems.
Support COE & IT in enhancement of our digital planning platform.
Qualifications

Highly knowledgeable in DRP and inventory management techniques.
A continuous improvement mindset with ability to engage, support and educate other planners in the network in best network planning techniques.
Education/Experience
Required - BSc Degree preferably in a Mathematical or statistical subject.
5+ years’ experience in a Global / Regional DRP with a solid understanding MRP and production planning (Food / Beverage desired).
Ability to demonstrate a project or initiative where they have led a process improvement.
