We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team in a bustling vehicle maintenance and repair garage. Trade Experience required of similar role or Parts Advisor at a Motor Factor's / dealership.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs
- Manage customer requests / updates via various methods of bookings through social media, in person, telephone, email, and various other systems.
- Ability to multi task.
- Assist with administrative duties.
- Support the team with various front-of-house tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of vehicles is advantageous
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Join our team as a Front of House, you will be the first point of contact for our customer's. Team Member of an exciting team of Administrative staff and technicians.
Training for internal systems and procedures shall be provided.
Working Hours:
-Monday-Friday
-8am-5.00pm
Salary Negotiable Depending on Experience.
28 days annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays.
