Pizza Crew Member / Pizzaiolo – Wood Fired Pizzeria (Part-Time)
**Immediate Start**
Rollo’s Pizzeria is a growing mobile wood fired pizza business operating across northumberland and the north east.
We are passionate about exceptional pizza, bold flavours, and consistency and we take pride in giving our customers pizza they remember long after the last slice.
We’re looking for reliable, motivated people to join our regular service team. Experience desired but not essential for the right person. Wage can be negotiated depending on experience.
Shifts
- 2-4 evenings per week (Thursday –Sunday)
- Around 4-6 hours per shift
- Occasional longer shifts for private events
The Role
You’ll work as part of a small, tight team in a fast paced service environment. Duties may include:
- Stretching and topping pizzas
- Running Wood fires oven
- Setup and pack down at each service
- Keeping your work area exceptionally clean, organised, and efficient
- Cutting and boxing pizzas
- Taking payments and serving customers
Training & Development
- Paid training
- Paid training period at National Minimum / Living Wage (age dependent)
- Full food hygiene and allergen training provided
- Clear, hands on training across all areas of service
- Pay increase once fully trained and competent in the role
Training and support is structured and expectations are clear. We care deeply about quality, hygiene, and consistency.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Genuine interest in food, pizza, and flavour
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Calm and focused during busy services
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to travel independently to different trading locations
- Able to carry out the role confidently and independently once trained
Previous food or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential.
