Veterinary Regulatory Advisor
Remote with monthly travel to York and occasional UK travel
Salary: Up to £65,000
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced veterinary surgeon to join our Regulatory and Veterinary Advice Team, where your expertise will help support practices and colleagues across VetPartners.
You'll provide trusted veterinary and regulatory advice, develop practical policies, guidance and educational resources, and help teams navigate complex regulatory, ethical and practice matters. You'll also support Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives and contribute to the review of escalated complaints, providing balanced veterinary insight and helping identify practical solutions that support continuous improvement.
Everything you do in this role will be practice-focused, ensuring our teams have the advice, resources and support they need to deliver exceptional patient care while meeting professional and regulatory standards and living our VetPartners values.
About You

MRCVS registered veterinary surgeon

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification, practice-based clinical experience; 10+ years preferred

Strong understanding of UK veterinary regulation and professional standards

Experience developing guidance, policies or educational resources
