We’re looking for energetic, outgoing and charismatic individuals to join our team as both bar staff and on-screen hosts for our social media channels.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to combine hospitality with content creation and customer engagement.
As a member of our bar team, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service and help create a fantastic atmosphere within the venue. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to become one of the faces of our brand across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, helping us create engaging and entertaining content that showcases the personality of our venue and our guests.
This role would suit someone who is confident, personable, energetic and comfortable engaging with customers both in person and on camera.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving drinks, including beers, spirits and cocktails
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Operating tills and handling payments
- Maintaining clean, organised and safe bar areas
- Working as part of a busy team during evenings and weekends
- Creating engaging social media content within the venue
- Conducting short interviews with guests and customers
- Presenting venue promotions, events and experiences on camera
- Helping develop creative ideas for social media campaigns
- Acting as a positive and enthusiastic ambassador for the brand
What We’re Looking For
- Must be aged 18 or over
- A confident, outgoing and friendly personality
- Comfortable speaking to customers and engaging with large groups
- Comfortable appearing on camera and using microphones
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced hospitality environment
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Previous experience creating social media content or presenting is advantageous but not required
