What We Offer
- All clients based within Bexhill — no long-distance travel
- Paid travel time (average 15 minutes between clients)
- Paid mileage
- Working hours between 6:30am–10pm
- Weekday hours also available for those wanting additional shifts

Your Responsibilities
- Personal care including washing, dressing, and grooming
- Medication support following safe administration guidelines
- Preparing nutritious meals tailored to client needs
- Encouraging meaningful activities to support mental and physical wellbeing
- Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
- Managing behaviours associated with dementia or Alzheimer’s
- Supporting mobility, including safe heavy lifting and use of equipment
- Driving clients to appointments, social activities, and outings
- Keeping accurate care records and reporting changes
- Following all health and safety and first aid procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in domiciliary care, care homes, or nursing environments
- Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer’s, disabilities, and end-of-life care
- Confidence with medication administration and behaviour management
- Ability to prepare meals and complete light household tasks
- Valid UK driving licence and access to your own car
- First aid training (beneficial but not essential — training can be provided)
- Ability to safely carry out manual handling and support challenging behaviours
We are especially interested in candidates who can work late weekend shifts with the option to take on additional weekday hours if desired.
