Duties
- Deliver high-quality personal care including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Support clients with medication management and adherence to individual care plans.
- Assist with daily household tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and shopping errands.
- Supervise and motivate clients to engage in social activities and maintain their independence.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, updates on client progress, and any incidents or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Use IT tools to update care plans, document visits, and schedule appointments efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid driving license with reliable access to a vehicle for client visits.
- Experience working in care homes or providing senior care is highly desirable.
- Supervising experience or leadership skills that enable effective support and guidance.
- Knowledge of developing and following detailed care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Excellent communication skills to build trustful relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using IT systems for documentation and scheduling purposes.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating a caring, empathetic attitude towards clients.
