Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager in Construction project managers and related professionals to lead and coordinate complex projects across various disciplines. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise will drive collaboration among teams, manage resources effectively, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities
- The worker will be required to confirm building plans with Surveyors, Architects, and Engineers, be responsible for contracting construction workers, Creating work schedules so projects are completed before deadlines, Purchasing or hiring building equipment and materials, Overseeing building projects to ensure staff are working safely, productively and to a high standard, Monitoring construction budget to minimise overspending, Providing progress reports to clients via phone, email or meetings in person, Negotiating with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors, keeping track of the deadline and health and safety compliance, ensuring building regulations compliance, reviewing quality check reports, preparing progress reports regularly and responding to queries from the departments and companies involved etc.
Experience
- Proven experience in project management within construction or engineering sectors is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software is essential for planning and tracking project timelines.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D for civil engineering design coordination is advantageous.
- Strong background in time management to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and communicate complex information clearly across diverse stakeholders.
