Bouncy Castle Driver / Installer job. Persons required to drive a long wheel base van and install bouncy castles and soft play. No experience required as full training will be given. This is on a casual basis as and when jobs come in. Job Description Load vehicle with equipment, carry out full installation of the bouncy castle and other equipment at the customers premises. Collection of equipment at end of hire period. This is an extremely simple process, but is physically demanding, which requires some heavy lifting. This is mainly weekends, Fridays and Mondays involving some early mornings and late evenings. Work will be on a casual basis as and when booking are taken. Some may be single jobs in the week some may be a whole weekend with several jobs per day. Requirements- Must be punctual as timing for deliveries is crucial. Must be fit & Strong with no health problems. Must be prepared to work long hours at weekends and busy days. Full clean driving licence is a must and candidate must live close to Collier Row Romford ideally within 5 miles. Must be flexible as we can get orders for castles on the same day, so you may be required to add one onto your run. Must be quick and highly motivated. This is a great job for an enthusiastic person. We are offering a very completive rate of £17 per hour for the right person with performance based annual pay rises and bonuses.
Training and drivers mate pay is £13 per hour.

- Are you physically fit and able to load and unload a van with heavy inflatables (some weighing over 100kg) and install them multiple times throughout the day? This role requires manual handling and stamina.
- This is a seasonal role with peak demand during the spring and summer months. While we do occasionally have work during winter, it’s not guaranteed year-round. Do you have another source of income or flexibility in your schedule that would allow you to work long hours during our busy periods, while still managing financially during quieter months?
- Do you live close enough to Collier Row to make it worthwhile to accept last-minute weekday jobs, where shifts may sometimes be as short as 2–3 hours?
- Are you available to work weekends, bank holidays, and during school holidays?
- Are you comfortable with early weekend starts (e.g. 6–7am) and late finishes (e.g. 9-10pm) during peak season?
- Are you comfortable speaking with customers and representing the company professionally at events?
- Do you have a smartphone with access to WhatsApp and maps/navigation apps?
- Are you happy to complete a short end-of-day report via email after each shift?
- Do you have any experience setting up equipment, inflatables, or similar gear?
